Sandra G. Lee is Founder and Owner of Heaven Sent Catering (HSC) of Charlotte, NC. She started preparing meals for her family of ten at a very young age. It was at that time she realized she was a servant of God and her purpose and passion was/is to feed and serve the world. She had a dream of one day becoming a personal chef and owning her own catering company.
Prior to going full time with HSC in October 2006, (vision birthed in May 2004) Mrs. Lee spent over 27 years cooking and in management. Mrs. Lee use cooking in the family restaurant, the military as a civilian cook, and managing fast food restaurants as a training ground. She was relocated, by God, to Charlotte, N.C. in August 1995, where she worked in the Senior Facility as a Dinning Service Manager.
Mrs. Lee is passionate about preparing meals that’s not only pleasing to the sight and pallet, however healthy. She is a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) and Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP), Active Member of the Dietary Managers Associations (DMA).
